The State of Florida treats driving under the influence very seriously. - Jail time ranging from eight hours to six months - With a BAC of 0.20 or higher, the sentence could last nine months.
- Vehicle impoundment for 10 days (not counted during your incarceration)
- Driver's license revoked for a six-month minimum
