Seltzer Law, PA has many years of experience representing clients charged with a criminal offense. David Seltzer is a recognized criminal defense attorney that knows how frequently individuals are wrongfully arrested and charged. We also represent clients charged with mortgage fraud, insurance fraud, bankruptcy fraud, passing worthless checks and prostitution.

Boynton Beach was originally named Boynton, after a family that settled the area in the 1890s. A breakaway municipality on the nearby barrier island was once known as Boynton Beach, but changed its name to Ocean Ridge in the 1930s, allowing the current Boynton Beach to adopt the name in 1941. Like many south Florida cities, Boynton Beach got its early start as an agricultural center, growing exotic fruit and vegetables for shipment to cold-climate northern customers. The city's population was estimated at about 68,000 in 2009, with an above-average number of residents over age 65, not uncommon for a south Florida retirement community. Nonetheless, Boynton Beach is home to plenty of families and working people with a median household income just above $39,000. The city hopes to make the redevelopment of the Congress Avenue corridor, anchored by a mall, a major economic force in southern Palm Beach County. If you live in Boynton Beach and you're accused of a felony, it will be heard at the main Palm Beach County courthouse in downtown West Palm. If you're accused of a misdemeanor crime only, you can use the closer South County Courthouse, which is located in Delray Beach at 200 W. Atlantic Avenue.
